Buckman Annex
The Annex is a 120-day independent living and community transition program for youth who successfully graduate from the core residential program Buckman House and are stepping down to a BRS Level 3 program. The Annex can accommodate four youth in apartment-style housing to practice independent living skills while under limited staff supervision. Youth are expected to maintain employment, pay bills, and take care of their housekeeping as they transition fully into the community.
Day Transition Services
Day Transition Services is a strengths-based structured environment for youth who are referred by Juvenile Court Counselors, Oregon Youth Authority or the Department of Human Services. As part of a case plan for transitioning back into the community from closed custody supervision, Day Transition Services focuses on guiding and developing skills that enhance personal growth and promote healthy relationships while becoming productive members of the community.
Youngs Bay Detention Center

Located in Warrenton, on the north Oregon coast, Youngs Bay serves both boys and girls, ages 12 to 17, who need to be detained for their own safety or that of the community.
